The "Organic Fertilizer" standard will be implemented on June 1, 2021, and other standards will be implemented on November 1, 2021.

"Organic Fertilizer" Standard Revision Timeline

On July 9, 2020, the Office of the National Agricultural Technology Center issued an announcement to organize the revision of the "Organic Fertilizer" (NY 525-2012) agricultural industry standard in accordance with the requirements of the agricultural industry standard revision project of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and form a draft standard for soliciting comments.

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces NY 525-2012 "Organic Fertilizers". Compared with NY525-2012, the main modification content: The standard name is modified;

Added the catalog and evaluation of production raw material classification management;

Increased the content limit of mechanical impurities;
